Our website, free Starter Pack, emails, WhatsApp messages and posts in our Facebook group give general information about home education, mainly in England and Wales. They are not legal, educational, medical or other professional advice, and they don't take account of your family's circumstances. Before acting, check the latest official guidance (for example from the Department for Education, the Welsh Government, your local authority, your exam board or exam centre) or take professional advice for your situation.
4. Keeping information accurate
We take reasonable care to keep our information accurate and up to date, and we show sources and the date it was last checked. Laws, guidance, dates and fees change, so we can't guarantee that everything is complete, accurate or current at the time you read it. We may update or remove content at any time. Decisions about your child's education are yours. We are not responsible for decisions made by schools, local authorities, exam boards, exam centres or other organisations.

Our Facebook group is a peer-support space. Posts by members are their own views and experience, not advice from HomerootEd. Group rules apply.
